Cool to be Kind

Lime Trees Care home ( an eco residential home that Woden has become fantastic friends with) organised a competition for schools for World Kindness Day.

Each child wrote a recent detailed act of kindness they had performed.  These were then judged by the residents of Lime Trees Care home.

The winner won £25 WHSmith tokens for her act of kindness in buying a poppy for her friend who did not have any spare change. In second place and third place, the children won £10 WHSmith vouchers, for their acts of kindness in helping their parents with household chores and being kind to animals.
