At Woden, we believe that reading truly improves children’s lives and we wanted to take this day as an opportunity to make Reading as much fun as possible! The study proves that children who are better at reading, feel happier and more successful. At Woden, World Book Day was a great success. As you can tell from the photos that dressing up as different characters from famous books, films and comics was the highlight of the day! Children also had the opportunities to share, read and explore different texts by joining in a range of activities including the storytelling sessions.
