NSPCC Number Day
At Woden Primary School the children took part in a mathematics challenge to celebrate the NSPCC Number Day. Each house team (Porter, Price, Marsh and Lewis) were represented by four players of varying abilities. A total of 48 children across KS1 and KS2 took to the stage to answer questions based around the areas of maths that they have covered so far in their academic lives.
The overall winner of the house cup was Price and the ribbons have been changed to yellow to reflect that they are currently the cup holders. All children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and have asked when the next maths day will be!
