When Woden went to Conwy
Year 6 pupils had a wonderful time on their three-day residential to Conwy where they stayed in beautiful Beechwood Court. The first stop on the trip was to the Welsh Mountain Zoo where the children were able to see a whole range of different animals, including a tiger, a red panda, camels, meerkats and penguins. On their second day, Year 6 went into Llandudno and had a fantastic time on the beach and in the amusement arcades at the very end of the pier. It wasn’t the sunniest of days but that did not stop the fun and everyone had a great time at the seaside. On the last day, before returning to Woden, Year 6 walked into Conwy, past the Town Walls and down to the harbour. They enjoyed a delicious lunch of chips, whilst sitting next to the smallest house in Great Britain. The children had a really wonderful time and made memories that will last for many years to come.
