History at Woden

Curriculum

At Woden, we have a rich history curriculum that covers all skills required by the National Curriculum. In Key Stage 1, your child will develop an awareness of the past and look out for similarities between the past and the present. They will also begin to develop a sense of family and local history.

Enrichment

Throughout both Key Stages, your child will have many opportunities for visits liked to the topics. They will be able to visit Tamworth Castle and the Black Country Living Museum, as well as enjoy workshops with expert visitors in school.
